Q: How to store the product?
A: Please store in a cool and dry place, away from strong oxidants and heat sources. Keep the container sealed.

5. After-Sales Service
Q: What if I receive a damaged/wrong product?
A: Please provide photos and waybill number within [48 hours] of receipt, and we will resend it free of charge or negotiate compensation.
Q: Is it normal for the fragrance to precipitate/stratify?
A: Some natural fragrances may precipitate slightly, which will not affect the use after shaking. If the precipitate cannot be dissolved or there is a noticeable odor, it may be due to improper storage (such as high temperature/exposure to the sun), please contact us for processing.
