Yes! We provide free samples (typically 20-50g) for qualified customers. Sample shipping costs are usually borne by the customer. We can arrange sample delivery via DHL, FedEx, or your preferred courier.

Every batch undergoes rigorous QC testing including HPLC/GC purity analysis, heavy metal screening (Pb, As, Cd, Hg), pesticide residue testing, microbial limit test, solvent residue analysis. Full COA documentation is provided per shipment.

We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), L/C (for large orders over $10,000), Western Union, PayPal (for small/sample orders). Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment for first-time customers. Better terms available for established partners.

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and sea freight. Small orders typically ship by express courier (5-7 days). Bulk orders use air/sea freight based on weight and urgency. Door-to-door service (DDP) is available for most destinations.
